There is a mystery behind the death of the Great Emperor Babur, who established the Mughal dynasty in India, which ruled for two centuries.
Babur has been recorded down in history as being one of the greatest emperor's to rule India. He was a man bestowed with rare gifts & qualities. Not only was he a great ruler & strategist but also a just & kind human being. He was among the few Mughal rulers, who were tolerant of others religious faith, a lover of art & learning & fair in his justice.
It is said, Babur was not only a shrewd military leader possessed with the qualities of being a brilliant general but was also a person endowed with extraordinary physical energy & muscular power. He is known to take up a man under each of his arm & run with them round the battlements of a fortress.....
Babur's death has a unusual mystery attached with it, that gives it a metaphysical nature. It is believed that to save the life of his son 'Humayun', he sacrificed his own life. During the last phase of Babur's life, his beloved son, Humayun, became very seriously ill, with little chance of recovery or survival.
Because of this, Babur was devastated & began to constantly pray for the life of his son to god.
It is said, that in his prayers, he begged God to take the disease away from Humayun & let him die in his sons place.
Strangely enough, Babur's prayers were answered..........
He started becoming ill & correspondingly Humayun started recovering his health. Finally Babur, passed away at the age of 48 yrs & Humayun inherited the Great throne...............
